Walia Beer Product Launch

One of the brands that are brought to the market by Heineken Ethiopia, Walia is brewed to satisfy taste pallets of Ethiopians. With its smooth taste, delicate malted barley flavor and crisp hoppy finish, it is a quality awarder beer meant to be shared with those who respect their past heritages and look in to the horizon towards a bright future.

Aiming to provide the Ethiopian market a new and better taste, not only Heineken worked effortlessly on the beer quality but also changed the branding, look and feel of the bottle which shade a new light to the market. To this end Heineken Ethiopia together with Flawless events organized a high-level product lunching for the major stakeholder and partners to put the word out.

Eternal Media was requested to develop a creative concept to come up with an artistic show that can be displayed before the product is unveiled to the audience.

The creative team at eternal tried to deconstruct the changes that Heineken made in the product and create a narrative sequence which visually describes the major changes and improvements that were made in the beer, that was backed up by a custom composed musical show which magnifies the visual content. The Event team created panoramic led screen setup that immersed the audience to the Walia world with 360 sound setup which created the perfect ambiance that excited the audience.


With all the short preparation time and lack of sufficient equipment's to work on, we managed to execute the task surpassing the clients expectation.
